OP, most likely it’s nothing dangerous but consider to see your family doctor. Obviously those extreme nights sweats are being of concern to you. Your physician should suggest full blood test (if not, ask him for one) with electrolytes and potassium levels included. Cleansings, laxatives, etc., may cause lost of salts which can be the cause for extreme sweating and with more sweating, more salts are being lost.

Additionally ask for ECG test which can be done in NY minute in your MD’s office. Candida and some allergies when your organism reacting like during infection should be also taken under consideration.
