it doesnt make sense it has no context

Substances of higher frequency will destroy diseases of lower frequency.” [ link to cellphonesafety.wordpress.com] ok you dont understand frequency at all. frequency means how many times something happens in a given time frame. so to say the frequency of the body is xx then what are you saying. the body does what xx times in a given timeframe.. example. the earth has a frequency of 24/hrs per day. as in the context is a we have 24 hours in a rotation of the planet. so if your saying the body has a frequency of 68Mhz what exactly in the body is happening 68 million times a second?
