Rap is the most beautiful form of poetry there is, you don't just have to write 3 sentences and a chorus twice to finish a song. You actually have to have content, subject matter. There are beautiful lyricists that exist in this world outside the realm of what you probably hear on the radio. There are rappers that talk about real issues. Army of the pharaohs in one example, jedi mind trix. You would probably enjoy both of them.

I do enjoy some rap...I also enjoyed the 3-D remake of Chainsaw massacre, doesn't mean that both aren't horrible.

Rappers in general are making things rhyme, that't it. They hardly ever even write their own music. I am not against rapping or any form of it, it just doesn't appeal to me.

Same with techno, it's just a bunch of electronic sounds that some guy screwed around with on his computer. Not a ton of talent in that, same with dubstep.

These are forms of music that unite the masses via main stream media and only perpetuate what we all long to hate.

Real music is made with instruments, it's as simple as that. I am not saying that computers can't accomplish this, I just think it takes less talent.

Lmao very rarely will you find a skilled musician these days anyway.. You act like it's hard to pluck a string? I'll tell you right now it's much harder to write a verse with proper metaphors and similes and have it make sense than to write a simple guitar riff, and repeat it for 3 minutes.. For example. Nirvana. One of the most popular sheep bands ever.. Of like the 8 main songs you hear from them, almost all of them use the same 4 chords. Add in fag lyrics about emotions and you've got a hit song in todays world. Any medium in which adele and taylor swift can succeed is a medium in which I want nothing to do with.
