If you made a last run to the grocery, the bleach would be wiped out, and most wouldn't pay attention and purchase the scented kind they always buy. I'd purchase some pool shock. You can make bleach as you need it. This way, it's cheaper than buying bleach now, plus ready made bleach loses it's potency over time.

I literally am becoming more religious by the day lol.

I just wouldn't argue this with you.

The thing is that I don't think of God as I know some do.

To me God is the creator of everything, but I do not feel that I can understand what he/she/it really is.

I believe in the Annunaki/Ancient Aliens, and none of them are God to me. I believe that they claimed to be our God(s), when in reality they just "created" us through genetic manipulation.

To me God is what created everything (source), and that includes the Annunaki that some people clearly consider God and his son.

I mean lets be honest, if Anu was God then who created Anu?

I could be wrong though I will admit. One of the coolest things about having a really open mind as I do is to not really reject anything without giving it serious thought.

I've got a picture showing the crowds at Cabelas but since its got people's faces...better not to post.

Wish I'd taken pictures of the empty ammo shelves. Seeing it was really something.

You have no idea what I went through to get the Bass Pro picture up here so I don't see me blocking umpteen faces in the other picture. I ended up having to buy a new phone today trying to get the other picture uploaded...long story.

What the fuck does this clown need a Time Stamp for???? Just go to any gun dealer and see for yourself smart ass!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32190150

Because a time stamp shows the date and time, could have been a stocking error or anything. Dingus, stfu and go back to your mothers bunker, aka her basement.
 Quoting: Children of the Atom

A a stocking error? The stupidity behind your statement is hilarious. I'd hold off on calling people names until you realize how much of an idiot you've made yourself sound like in this thread.

So you're suggesting that the employees of an entire superstore all share the same shitty lack of work ethic, and they're all just chilling, texting, playing games on their phone, and shooting the breeze while there are pallets of merchandise waiting to be put on the shelves?

Dingus, there are no guns to put on the shelf. Now you be the one to shut the fuck up.

Remember all those hallow point bullets the DHS was buying? Well, here they come with them folks, when they try to get your gun you will most likely be facing one of these bullets.

Not much of a conspiracy buff, think the Newstown theories are WAY out there, but they did know one day there would be a mass shooting that they could use to trigger such an outcry and a opportunity to confiscate our guns. And I'm now believing it.

Well I am always stockpiling water anyways, along with plenty of extra food, and even the freezer is full of deer meat so I am good with those 2 things as for ammo. Hubby bought some extra up a few months ago so we do have a good stock pile just in case. However we also can make us some hand made bows and use them if needed. I already have plenty of arrows. Could always make some to if needed. And I have 3 extra boxes of bandaids, never know when they will come in handy. I think we are good to go.

Oh wait? Maybe I better buy up some more soaps, shampoos, and candles just in case.

I can confirm two wal-marts (Terre Haute, Indiana, US46 & I70 and Brazil, Indiana, US40) both have nearly nothing. Some 380 and a few 45acp. Lots of 17hmr. No 22lr. No 9mm. A few boxes of 40s&w and afew boxes of 30-06, 243 and 7mm RM, etc. All in all, I'd say they have less than 10% of the ammo they normally have. Its all been bought up!

I can also confirm that Rural King, another big ammo supplier in my area, is all bought out. Same deal as above.

...and its been this way for several weeks.

Think about this:

Who is actually going to confiscate the guns?

That's right, it will be average Joe from down the street.

One of the things that will happen is that some of the very people that are supposed to "take the guns" will just say no.

It wont be popular to be a jackboot either, and even those that do sellout will live in fear due to their actions.

Its going to come down to who supports the Constitution and liberty/freedom and who doesn't.

And guess what?

The people that support liberty and freedom for all will be 100x more bad ass than the little sellout bitches.

I used to know a former US Army Green Beret sniper with like 27 confirmed kills who is firmly on the good side. He is not alone either, and many of the best warriors on this planet had enough and quit the military.

They will be there for us if and when the time comes that it is needed.

For now the answer is to hold your ground and keep your powder dry.

We dont want a fight after all right? What we do want is freedom from tyranny, is that really too much to ask?

On Saturday, I went to my local gunshop/reloading supply, Academy Sports, Walmart and Dicks. NO ONE had much of anything ammo-wise except for shotgun shells. NO 9mm anywhere. My Walmart hasn't had ammo for weeks. Academy, Dicks and the local guy were all swamped.

The thing that got me the most, was as I was checking out of Academy with some buckshot, I saw an old friend from church in the next line. Sweet guy, marriage and family counselor. NOT a gun person, although firmly aligned and supportive of the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution. He and his son were buying a Sig handgun. He spoke softly when saying "we are buying it because we have to before we CAN'T".

When I saw them in there buying, it was a real shocker.

Oh I didn't mention in my above post that its possible they could use foreign troops.

If that happened it would be a total and complete impossibility that they would disarm us.

Just imagine a real life "Red Dawn" scenario.

Even grandma with her shotgun would be involved then.

The only chance they have is to use our own countrymen to do it in the name of patriotism.

And that wont work either lol for the reasons I explained above.

Basically they cant win, but that doesn't mean people should stop caring since caring is exactly what will win it for us.

dude its real, i dont know where you live. But im in vegas, and our bass pro is pretty much like that when i was there last week. They could have new stock in now, i dunno.

also a couple gun shops i frequent are fairly picked clean of popular weapons. I was looking for a standard mossberg 500 persuader at a discount firearms location that normally has really good buys on used guns. They wanted 495$ for it lol. Same as on gunbroker just about. Normally those run less than 300

Gosh I better go this weekend and maybe buy some more bird shot and buck shot if I can get some. Just in case hubby may need it next year for hunting.

stock up on 8 shot bird, trust me. Its more than enough to put down someone at range. I have 500 shells of bird, and about 50 shells of 00 buck, and a handful of slugs that i have never really used.

nothing wrong with birdshot, at close range it's lethal

Finally was able to get this posted.

Shelves EMPTY like I told you. Just to the right of this shot is one case with a few handguns--no carry pieces and a CROWD of people swarming the case. To the left of the guy are more empty cases.

someone mentioned, on the other thread, that it just could be our government emptying the shelves, they are collecting all the bullets ... why not buy all the guns too?

I'd really like to see some number of gun sales ... are the American people really buying all these weapons ... doesn't everyone already have guns ... this is more like opportunist trying too get in on a gold rush or something

someone also mentioned that this surge would wipe out small businesses - how do you figure? when they sell everything they wanted to sell ? sounds to me like they are getting plenty rich ...how can selling all their stock be a bad thing? other than for the people who have to wait for them to be restocked - I don't see how the business suffers.

They are trying to enslave everyone???

Why in the hell wouldn't people stock up on guns?

They are talking about banning guns after all.

Remember this is what people used to say was paranoid delusions?

The gun purchase wait lengthens

Background checks are taking longer these days because of a surge in gun sales. Workers at Backwoods Outdoors say it's been frustrating sitting on the phone for hours waiting.

Many lawmakers are demanding even tighter regulations, such as background checks for sales by people who aren't licensed gun dealers.

In December, the FBI performed a million more background checks than they did last December.

Seems like someone's bright idea of scaring everyone into begging for strict gun control measures sort of backfired.

The only thing bothering me is that too many will rely on their gun to do their thinking for them by lending a false sense of security and bravery. Let's hope all the gunnoobs also sign up for classes with their local gun clubs, etc.

I posted this in my thread earlier

here is my short(2 store) ammo buying experience this morning Jan. 14th 2013....this is in the Greenville, Simpsonville areas

Wal-mart, Simpsonville....

guns: there were 7 total in the cases, 3 rifles, 2 shotguns and 2 youth 22's...other than 1 rifle in .308, I did not look close at calibers..sorry
note...there were NO AR-15 clones.

ammo: wow!....talk about a desert!....
1 box .380, 4 boxes .45 JHP(20 rd for $25), several boxes of .308 and 30-06, 3 boxes of .410 sg shells....and several boxes of "bird shot" shotgun shells...but NO 0, 00, or 0000 buck.

Academy sports, woodruff rd, Greenville....

stock man was putting it out!

better than WM but not by much!

scored some .45 and .40s&W....about 10-12 ppl there picking and choosing....

lady ask about 9mm, stocker said it all went 1st thing...along with the .22lr.....on a positive note, he said they get a truck everyday but Thursday

pistol cases were bout full and the long gun racks were ok...did not see any "AR" clones in the racks....4 guys at the counter looking/buying....1 of those was doing paper on a pistol(Glock)

Its not enough to restrict sales, this is only the early stages of it all.

There are so many guns already in the hands of citizens that they have no choice but to do a full on confiscation.

It will happen in stages, they are just starting with assault rifles.

Well actually I don't think they can ever hope in a million years to disarm us, I am saying this is their plan.

Some will die before giving up their guns, it's just the way it has to be.

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." - Thomas Jefferson

I live over here in Japan and this is just not my fight due to that.

At that same time I am making my stand for what is right here and now, and will give all the intellectual assistance to those that need it that I can.

I am about sick and tired of all this garbage, and they need to just let it go and let us have our freedom.

Sadly they probably still think they can win and enslave us all, as foolish as that truly is.
