Will be following closely behind once few things are taken care of in the states. Martial law just doesn't appeal to me, with the amount of maniacs shooting places up, it seems we're headed there fast or something similar. I'm waterboard-a-phobic.

3/4 of the population are sound asleep. They have no clue what is coming down the pike. They got flat footed on guns and ammo and the same will happen with food. Most are still in a bad location and don't even know it.

2. Laziness - too much trouble to move
3. Serf Syndrome - must stay near the plantation

i have lived abroad - the cayman islands for 4 years. came back to the uk in 1990

i missed england, i still would, despite its 'shortcomings' (to put it politely)

the caymans were too small for a city girl like me. and i know i would feel like a fish out of water in a place like NZ

ive travelled to quite a few places, recently scandinavia (i have norwegian ancestry). norway in particular felt good. so beautiful. but not to actually upsticks and live in

you cant really escape the kind of stuff we hate. the state looms large in scandinavia. that alone puts me off

so i will stick with london. why the hell should i leave? i have as nice a life here as i would have anywhere, and i am HAPPY here

many people are leaving the likes of australia. i know 2 families who stayed for a while and came back to the uk

the grass is rarely greener. holidaying in a place is obviously very different to living and working in a foreign land

a sense of belonging is the most important factor i think

I had the opportunity to visit Iceland several years ago - They were a very kind and accepting people. A total population of some 270k, I only ever found one person who did not speak English. I was situated in Reykjavik for the duration of my trip and found so much to do and people to hang with that I rarely made it to other parts of the Island. By that, I mean other towns on the west Coast -- there's a portion of the country that reads as 'Inhospitable' on most maps--inviting the imagination to wonder just how bad the conditions in those sectors must be.

The sheer beauty of the women was staggering -- the Icelandic lifestyle was inviting. Reykjavik definitely has a European vibe - very current and up to date. the extreme Nature there is both terrifying and gorgeous to behold

(quick story - being from California I have hardly ever been in the snow -
so a lot of my clothes were just not cut out for the harsh weather. At one point I was on a motorcoach tour and we came upon the Dettifoss falls (the stunning waterfall locale seen in the opening of Prometheus) -- climbed out of the coach- crept about for a moment (freezing my ass off) and suddenly slipped and slid
across a large rock -- a bit more momentum and i would have tumbled in to the
falls! Maybe someone from the tour caught my ice-capade act and went on to
write the script to Prometheus (being sure to include the fool who nearly tossed himself into the drink! LOL)....

If only there were some way for Texas to leave the USA...

Sooner or later there will only be a few choices left:

1. fight and die in combat
2. submit, work and die in a gulag
3. submit and live as a slave in the new soviet USSA (world government)
4. Suicide

The american people = sovereign living beings = a republic = a country

UNITED STATES government = corporation (D.C.) = dead legal entity = democracy

Even if it comes down to gun confiscations etc, leaving the US corporation as a sovereign freeman under the true organic constitution FOR the United States of America, while remaining on american soil as a member of the republic, won't help you much anymore and you'll have to resist anyway, especially when foreign UN troops get involved.

I've thought about leaving too. Ironically my partner's family immigrated to the US. We've traveled throughout Europe and there are parts of northern Italy that call to me as well as Glastonbury in England. Then there was Switzerland where the cities are very clean but demonstrations in Zurich because there wasn't enough housing for the young. France is beautiful but not being a city person the south of France in the mountains would be a great spot. Of course the French don't really like Americans.

Then there was Germany which is also well kept. Berlin was very interesting especially when the wall first came down. I remember walking into one toy shop where the toys were made out of wood and being impressed with the craftsmanship. On one side of the Berlin wall the walls were filled with graffiti and the other side the military were in their towers with rifles ready to shoot anyone who crossed the border. This was two weeks before the wall coming down.

At that time we rode a train through East Berlin that was bare bones when it came to comfort and saw armed guards with dogs at each of the stations. Ironically in souther Mexico there were also armed guards with what looked like machine guns at the airports. Made me glad to get back into the US.

What the US Congress along with Presidents who by-pass Congress with their Executive Orders is doing to the US is sickening. They have sold out middle America. That's the long and short of it.

We did think about Australia but had friends who came back not too happy about the gun laws down there and how government was butting into their private lives.

I tend to enjoy the tropics higher up in the mountains. However, other family members enjoy the seasons and want to go back where it snows. I'd rather go to Ecuador if leaving the US. Only I just read yesterday out US factions is attempting to destabilizing that country and where the president is afraid he will be assassinated by a US faction.

All-in-all there are many beautiful places in the world to live and politics almost always drives people away to find somewhere else where they can live more freely. I remember driving to Budapest and thought to myself, this landscape reminds me of the Sacramento, California area. The only real difference was politics.

Cities do have their conveniences but for the most part I find them trying. I don't like the traffic, density and these days rudeness. Rural areas are much more relaxing and folks tend to look out for one another, However in a lot of the smaller rural towns one is almost always considered an outsider unless they were born there. It takes a certain type of personality that prefers being away from cities and living out in the countryside somewhere. Generally people have to be comfortable with themselves and not need all that external city-life stimulation. In the US there are miles and miles of vacant land. Folks who enjoy being self-sustaining do better in those types of environments.

I think what many folks are disgusted with these days in the US is politics and how our Congress now supports the oligarchy - not the citizens. Hence the citizens are becoming slaves to taxes and paying off debts (bailing out the bansters) they didn't even incur. Now that sucks.

Wow! Very powerful statements here. I think I want to run away from this mess, but I know full well that there is no place on earth that affords an American the inalienable rights we continue to evoke in this country.

My mum has been living here since her early 20's and she just applied and received her British citizenship at the age of 73!
Haha...she has not given up her American passport though.

The NWO is not going to be successful in taking over the entire planet. They will not subjugate Russia and China, and those under their influence/in their region.

Even fleeing to Canada would be better than hanging around waiting to be rounded up and sent to a FEMA camp. At least in Canada, you can escape to the Yukon Territory to try to get away from the NWO, at least if you can hide and be self-sufficient.

This is such an awesome way of describing it all. It really is. As I have mentioned elsewhere, I was lucky enough to visit the US twice last year. I fell in love with the country the minute my feet touched ground. It felt like 'coming home' and I don't know why, yet. I spent my first night walking the streets of NYC with a US friend who I had come to visit, because we missed the last train to Jersey and had to wait six hours for the first one to arrive the next morning.

Now another one of my US friends, who I stayed with on my second visit, is making serious plans to move to Oz this year. She wants to get out of the USA ASAP. It is sad. I understand, but I am saddened that so many feel that this is their only hope now.

So, how could those words resonate for an Australian visitor to your beautiful country (because the country is beautiful)? Simply put, it describes the nature of US citizens so perfectly that the words, alone, affected me in such a way that it was as if I was suddenly back there, in person.

The attitude you describe was etched into the souls of everyone I had the pleasure of meeting when I was there. In fact, I think I only ever met one unpleasant American and she was unpleasant to everyone, apparently, so it was nothing out of the ordinary.

The mental outlook described in that post was everywhere and, apart from the incredibly cheap cost of living in comparison to the state I reside in (you guys are paying prices for things that we paid in the early 1980's) it was one of the things that really stood out when I was there.

I remember watching my friend negotiate (ahem) with an employee at a Tim Horton's outlet. She had been overcharged by a dime. One dime. Here in Oz, we would let that kind of thing go, and just deal with it, complaining under our breath but just getting on with the day. My friend? Oh HELL NO! The manager was called; the whole nine yards. I sat in the back of the car and kind of cringed at this behaviour. We all laughed about it later but, really, it was 'just the way it was' in the US, and that is only one example. I noted that NY drivers seemed to give each other the middle finger for an extended period of time; until they knew the recipient had seen it. In some ways, it seemed like a greeting: [insert 'flipping the bird' here] "Morning Asshole. I saw you yesterday" [insert 'flipping the bird' again] "Morning to you, too, asshole". Over here, that kind of thing is performed by a suicidal driver wishing for a massive road rage incident to occur! LOL! In NY it seemed to be 'just a part of driving'.

After a while, I said to my friend "You guys are so lucky, you know?" She asked me why. I said "You guys have the absolute and utter freedom to be yourselves, and you have the absolute and utter freedom to be complete assholes!"

Now, before anyone gets me wrong here, I did not mean it as an insult to my friend at all, because it wasn't an insult at all and she knew it. It was an observation that amounted to the knowledge that you are free. You can be yourselves. You can express yourselves freely. You are not limited in ways that those of us in other countries are. You are not afraid, are proud to be American, and never forget your foundations, no matter what they may be. It was a beautiful thing to see, feel, and experience. It may sound off to some that I see 'the freedom to be an asshole' as a good thing but, I live in a country where expressing oneself as oneself, is extremely limited in comparison to the US, especially when it comes to voicing (or demonstrating) what may be an unpopular opinion. You are free to risk offending others without feeling the need to apologise. You are all equally free to be beautiful to one another. Your freedom to be kind, generous, loving, and neighbourly is as strong as your freedom to be an asshole is. It all works together to create a very unique culture with incredibly strong individuals. It is dynamic, not stagnant. I loved every second of my time in the US.

I do hope that my words do not offend you. They are not meant to. And I think that sentence speaks volumes about my own culture. I feel it necessary to add a clause explaining that I mean no offence. The US citizens I came to know did not feel it necessary to add such a clause to their own words.

Canadians are not open, I was willing to work hard but was not accepted, Canadians are often a bunch of jerks. They are not genuinely tolerant. The "multiculturalism" is a farce, I am not the only one who thinkgs so.
