IS BIGFOOT REAL?

Since this is a conspiracy forum somewhat about unexplained things, I thought this question would be appropriate. I have been seeing some videos that look authentic but then no one can ever really say. What is striking to me is if it is real why has no one ever found a dead body of one, or captured one? I had a friend from Michigan who vowed he was knocked off his dirt bike by a big foot. Has anyone here ever seen one or had an encounter? If so I'd like to hear about it.
