Great Find OP! It looks to me like if this was the case he was there for the drill playing his role. It already looked to me like all the people involved in the "chase" were cops. It's like later they decide who was "it" when the situation arises. The whole chase scene as caught by the one video feed is staged also. Meaning the video on the helicopter was part of the drill. What school is this shown in the other Conn 12 video? It isn't Sandy Hook. |
