In the 90's I saw the Ventura police handcuff and arrest 4 officers from the Santa barbara police dept. The La Conchita mudslide happened and people were buried in their houses.

The SB cops tried to stop residents, who were also members of the volunteer and SO Cal search and rescue, from getting to their homes. The Ventura police physically threw the SB cops against their cars, disarmed and handcuffed them and brought them to jail.

I want these Texas cops to be just as aggressive.
