Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31370167 Also, NEVER FORGET that federal law supersedes conflicting state laws. This bill is basically an exercise in mental masturbation. DOA. Sorry to break your hearts, fellas, but read the constitution you always bullshit about. Marbury v. Madison, 1803 “A law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” With these words, Chief Justice John Marshall established the Supreme Court’s role in the new government. Hereafter, the Court was recognized as having the power to review all acts of Congress where constitutionality was at issue, and judge whether they abide by the Constitution. So a law infringing our right to bear arms is void and therefore isn't a law at all. Therefore, the federal agents trying to enforce a law that was void when it was put to paper are technically breaking the law anyway so why not be able to arrest and prosecute them. That wouldn't conflict with the constitution or the case law that already exists. If the Supreme Court upholds laws that are contrary I would consider that an act of treason and a real good reason to throw off the tyrannical government we have just like our founding fathers did. |

When the people of the state decide it does. However it doesn't stop the feds from intervening at all if they so choose. Most are executive agencies and they like to think they are gods set up for their own propogation to rule over the ones that disagree with their idea of freedom and liberty. Only the feds say their laws trump the states laws. not the other way around. The states just say what they are going to do about it.
