It doesn't need to be rigged.
The odds are ridiculous.
Chance of getting 3 numbers is 1 in 327.
If one ticket costs 2 quid, and 3 numbers only returns £9.30, then you're only getting 1/5 return on your money.
So one in 300+ chance of winning, to multiple your money 5 times.
That's the real scam.
