Yes and no.

Most small business don't use integrated systems but just simple credit card machines over the internet or dial-up. There is no place to enter WHAT EXACTLY was purchased but the transaction processor DOES know what things you sell generally which is what is so bad about it.

It makes me wonder what loophole in the contract agreement there whoring out to do this.

Why not call BofA about the purchaser, which is what this thread is about?

I bank with them and I am constantly buy stuff that revolves around guns, ammo and gear. I train people in weapons and tactics. I have not had any stops on my card, that's three of them. I buy enough to supply South Carolina me they still don't mess with me. This is pure horse shit
