Seems most small papers in CT are part of large corporations, i.e. not independent.
However these people are still on edge, scared. Even though you might not think it will help, it will. What is said in private between them, (particularly in a case like this where they are caught with their pants down), will have big effect behind scenes.

They are using this storyline not to ban guns, but to introduce new electronic technologies to quite literally "control" guns, as in who has access to them, where they are anytime, anywhere, who will be allowed to buy or sell a gun or ammo, who will be able to fire a gun, etc..

Regardless if it was a hoax or not, there is absolutely no point in banning ''assault rifles''.


A person can do just as much damage and kill as many people especially little kids as it is in this case, with a .22 semi auto, any type of bolt action hunting rifle, or shotgun when there are 30 little kids covering their faces not moving while being scared shitless in a small confined room.

AR-15 or not, it can be done with any weapon. So, instead of taking peoples rights away, they should invest money into hospitals to treat these types of people. Or something else or more along the lines of mental rehabilitation.


In Canada we can buy all of these types of firearms. Variants of the AK-47 and M4 AR's. The only catch is our regulations state that the magazines must be pinned to 5 rounds. (When it comes to military style semi auto rifles)

So, if anything lets hope for you folks across the border that they still give you the right to buy these types of weapons but have a certain number of ammo with a pinned magazine. It's only a tiny rivet in the magazine. I'm not saying that THAT is a good idea, but I'd rather you guys keep these guns with pinned magazines rather than not be able to buy them. Hopefully they will only take it that far. But if they take it as far as banning these types of firearms, thats just taking it way way way too far.

No way in hell the medical examiner confused handgun bullet holes for rifle bullet holes. And he would have seen the actual bullets during autopsy.

The medical examiner said they had all been shot 3 to 11 times, not possible with 4 guns in that amount of time by a kid on meds.
They say they found 4 hand guns, guessing 24 shots. Every shot had to be perfect. A kid on meds can't see that straight.
