The line drawn through Ohio runs directly thru one of the counties I live in. You can hear the booms at night from my bathroom because of where it sits on the end of the Master bedroom, but I can't hear hear them during the day on my days off at all from the rest of the house.

My house is insulated extremely well, and I'm sure if this is why or not. My walls are 16 in thick with 14 inches of insulation. I just started hearing these last month and I only seem to hear them between 10pm and 4am . I'm as ready as I can be but this stuff is pretty unsettling when you hear it and can't figure out where it's coming from at first.

Remember I had posted about 5 months ago seeing the green and white USGS vans for 3 days in a row up here and had never seen them in 30 yrs this way before???..
Btw, these were white vans with John deer e green lettering/writing on the back upper part of the van enclosed in a square that had the name and said USGS Geological. I passed them on us route 127 north, they were parked on the side of the road and I thought to myself "that's weird, usgs geological here in Ohio? " I forget the name of the company on the van now, but that's the description, and I passed them 3 times in the same week in different places. Perhaps this is why???
