well put together OP... you could include the fact that they contaminated evidence when removing the gun from the trunk, no gloves, no bagging of the gun, and they ejected a cartridge. I would like to hear from a law enforcement person just what is the s.o.p for collecting weapons from a crime scene.
You didnt mention the Chris Rodia information. I havent seen this debunked yet as no one has answered the question that if it was his mothers car he was driving as per his interview, then it would of been his mothers name read out over the scanner and not his... this is my post from another thread:
"Chris Rodia states that he was driving his MOTHERS car in the media article.. so on a rego plate check that means his MOTHERS NAME would be read out, not his.. it was a plate check, not a licence check.. We clearly hear the officer reading out a rego plate number, not a licence number.. now if someone says well we obviously just dont hear the request, and somehow these two seperate incidents get scrambled over the top of each other... that might be a valid argument, HOWEVER, in the letter from the Greenwich police department to the youtube guy who posted the scanner recordings, which is posted on his channel and ive read it, the police officer who sent him the letter says "i recognise the police officers voice as a greenwich officer (the one who read out the licence plate number) and that the dispatch was the Greenwich dispatch... WRONG... lies.. absolute lies right there.. because we know for a FACT that the licence plate read out over the scanner, was in fact the same licence plate of the car towed from the sandy hook school, because we have the photo of it... HUGE LIES.. and from within the police department no less.. unless they are gov shills pretending to be officers who sent the youtube user this letter"
Have since located the links for above:

Your upload to YouTube relative to the Newtown CT Shooting radio traffic has caused quite a stir as it relates to a Mr. Christopher Rodia. I'm not sure where you sourced your feed, but the traffic related to Mr. Rodia is from a 800 MHz six-channel trunked LMR system in use in Greenwich, CT. Greenwich is approximately 45 miles away from Newtown. The Greenwich system carries only municipal Greenwich traffic (public safety and non-public safety) and is in no way connected to the state's 800 MHz trunked system or Newtown's.
I am certain of this because after the matter (and all of the Internet Conspiracy Theory buzz - just google "Christopher Rodia") was brought to our attention, we went back and checked our recordings for December 14. In addition to just recognizing the voices involved as Greenwich Police Officers and Dispatchers,
we have all of the audio from our recording system that matches all of the "Rodia" traffic (and some of the other unrelated-to-Newtown casualty call traffic that occurs at the same time.)
In any event, I'm sure you'll want to help clarify this matter. The "Rodia" traffic is definitely contemporaneous - but from miles away. This has unfortunately additionally clouded an already confusing and emotional issue. Worse, it has brought considerable (and wholly undeserved) angst to Mr. Rodia. Anything you can do to help clear this up would certainly be appreciated.
