Good shit OP , I applaud your effort...but, the problem is the majority of those 300 million are deadbeat zombies controlled by their tv's , cellphones, and other prescribed distractions.

"They, and they alone, have the power."

You are wrong.

All their power, and all of their Authority, is derived, and emanates from, the People.

The Rights of the People come from whomever, each one of the Peoples, god is, if they have one. If they dont, no matter, the Peoples rights are unalienable.

We need to teach these people how to think for themselves. Unplug there TV's and go for a walk where there is no cell reception, then educate them and intern they will educate others..

After almost 60 years on this planet, I can't believe that some reps in congress had to finally die to lose their jobs. Some of these theives were in office since I was a young man or even perhaps a kid. Evidently people like the ass torking they've recieved all their lives from their 'employees'. It can only be sheer stupidity to keep voting them in over and over again. Replace every one of those theives....limit them to one term with your vote.

Here is something we can all do to make a statement...

Send a donation to Oath Keepers do it on Inauguration day

As large as you can afford

A large influx of cash to Oath Keepers On Inauguration day LOL that should send a message.

I hate to comment my own post but...

I REALLY like this idea

Can't you just see the Drudge head line...

AS OBAMA TAKES HIS OATH OF OFFICE- MILLIONS OF AMERICANS MAKE DONATIONS TO OATH KEEPERS

That would be EPIC

Don't forget about the 50+ news anchors who are posing as representatives of the citizens. If you take away their power then the facade of the public's opinion on gun control will fade away. Get to it!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21357052

Very true statement.

No way to fight that unless the awake people have the same power to shape public opinion. The net does provide somewhat of an even playing field, but they always label us as conspiracy theorist or some other name to try to discredit what we are saying.

Could local governments seize news stations?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21357052

They could, but I think the idea is to take power from the "old" system, so you really wouldn't want the local government that is in power now to seize the news stations if change is the ultimate goal.

What it really boils down to is that there would already have to be a "new" system ready and waiting and could function without causing chaos. The "new" system could start to take over at the local level and gradually spread. Once a "new" system was in place at a few locals it may lead to others sprouting up due to people not being afraid anymore and seeing serious change happening and hopefully some change would finally come.

More like 300,000,000 lanky civilians against 545 plus 100,000,000 trained soldiers from everywhere. which in reality would make this whole situation a 545 vs. 20

Not true, We the People have the power.

We the People make up those armies.

We the People protect that 545.

We the People are the ones that gave them the Power.

We the People can take it all away..
 Quoting: Liquid_Pestilence

Realistically we can't take their power away
without dismantling the mainstream media.

We can't take their power away unless we find
the means to feed nearly half the US with some
sort of benefit cards, to take the place of
food stamp welfare. Otherwise, over 1 million
starve as there are not sufficient jobs to
cover the cost of food, once housing is paid for.

Subtracting illegals and minorities from this list
would be better, but then there would be
rioting in major cities, that would have to be
quelled by citizens, civilians, which would
be successful in some areas, and would be overcome
in other areas, with gangs forming into squads
and moving into bigger and bigger areas to control
them.

We can't take their power away without gaining
control of at least the communication satellites.

Taking their power away while retaining the
Constitution, by the means necessary to accomplish
these things, would mean the creation of another
government that could avoid being squashed by
the shadow government, NWO, behind the people we
see in office, and transferring at least a skeleton
crew necessary for the continuation of the
Constitution, besides open war.

It's all doable.
But unless it's done carefully the result will be
anarchy, and China waits like a cheshire cat to
solve that with a takeover.

Karl Rove and company made sure all voting machines
were rigged to throw elections when Bush was running
for his second term. Even with all his efforts,
the media still had to throw on the red light over
Florida at the last minute to get him back in office.

We cannot vote them out. All they have to do is call
Karl Rove and make arrangements through bribes to win.

We can boycott them through state legislatures.
We can boycott Walmart till we have them on board,
a powerful ally.

It's too late for most of what we could have done
when George HW Bush stood up in front of microphones
for all to hear and pronounced his 'thousand points
of light' plan.

30 million people in the nation right now are comprised
of hispanic illegals, foreigners on visas, and they
are breeding like fruit flies. Their communities are
operating under local law, gang, sharia, etc., regardless
of the Constitution.

They don't understand the Constitution.
Try explaining to a Muslim the separation of church
and state. The are incapable of comprehending.

Another 12% of the legal population is black and represents
a voting block nearly 100% for Obama, making them
enemies of the Constitution.

It's not just 535 people in DC. And 30% of the current
military, which is now loaded with foreigners and
progressives aka homosexuals, will answer the call of the
535 to kick in doors in America if that call is made
and will answer it ruthlessly.

We The People, face serious trouble over the next ten
years. Face that. The fight will not be magic. It will be
slogging through difficulties most of us have never
faced. We will win, though many of us die, but the
Constitution is protecting something in America that
God will not suffer to be extinguished.

Brace yourselves. Who will stand.

545 vs. 300,000,000 People -By Charlie Reese

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. ( The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.)

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House?( John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. ) If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to. [The House has passed a budget but the Senate has not approved a budget in over three years. The President's proposed budgets have gotten almost unanimous rejections in the Senate in that time. ]

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it's because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan ..

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible. They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees... We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

While I don't know that technology has allowed us to not need elected officials, it certainly has made it where they don't need to be in DC. They could communicate via the internet and stay i ntheir own districts. They'd be more responsive to the people, less influenced by special interests, and it'd be much harder to take them all out at once.

But the federald govt is addicted to corruption.

This is a beautiful rant, and I agree with most of the premise of your statement. However if one wants to lay blame, one has to look a little further. If you offer your consent in the form of money, then you to are part of this "problem" You cannot pay with one hand, while bitching with your mouth and take no accountability for your own situation, for you have funded it.

One last observation, while I agree with you on the guilty, you will never vote them out. You have to realize this after the last few election cycles. The game is rigged, fixed, and all the people they put up in front of you will only be replaced with more people they want to offer you as a solution or alternative. Take the Tea Party for instance, for many that was the vote that was going to return our country to "we the people" yet they continue to vote for the NDAA, the patriot act, and countless other unconstitutional bills that get passed, and have at times become part of the system, and at best controlled opposition.

So while you are correct that a little over a handful of people are actually responsible for this mess, and while your intent all along may have been to point this out, and that captain obvious is that we will never vote them out. Maybe your intention all along was to do nothing more than point a finger at the guilty so that whenever this shit comes unhinged people will recognize who is responsible for their demise.

What consists of over a little over 500 people and cannot be voted out, fired, or let go? Your rulers. One has to ask themselves what next, and I refuse to go into any further scenarios in written language on this forum. You figure it out.

I see a lot of excuses given to the ones who control us. That is exactly how they want you to think, and its wrong.

They have no real power just like Money has no real wealth. The only power they have is what we give them. Stop making excuses for them and start demanding changes.

The day we stand together is the last day they have the power to control anything. The TV can only control your mind if you are watching it, turn it off and that power is lost. The same could be said about anything.

Imagine if 100,000,000 american people did not go to work tomorrow and instead stood ground on the White House lawn and demanded change.

We don't need them to run this country, they do nothing on a day to day basis to run it anyway.

We need to take the country back and return it to the people. Restore this great land to something our founding fathers would be proud to call home. The rest of the world is watching and will follow our lead. Its up to you america, How do you want this to end?

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." - Vaclav Klaus

Re: 545 vs. 300,000,000 People
And exactly how do those 545 people impose their will on 300 million people?

No really - how? By the law? What law? Because the only actual law being enforced in America today is corporate law. So are you a corporation? No? Then why are you obeying corporate law?

I'll tell you why - because everyone else is. Because you don't want to stand out from the group. It's easier to piss and moan about how a solution cannot be found, how the tyranny is overwhelming, and how you need to buy more food and guns, or pray more, than to admit to yourself that there is something easy and obvious that can be done to stop the whole thing.

Because if you admit that, you actually have to DO it.

All the laws have specifications that declare they apply to corporations, or those responsible for corporations, or representatives of corporate interests. Somewhere, every single law, from dogcatcher to Presidential Executive Orders, have those limits.

Of course, the places in the law those limitations are declared are hidden by lawyers trained to hide them. So it's a fight to figure out the lies and misrepresentations from the truth. It's a fight to learn the laws as they actually are, rather than what you think they are. But that legal learning process is the real fight - not guns.

If America goes down, it won't be because we were invaded by totalitarian murderers, even if everyone is killed by totalitarian murderers. No. Rather, it will be because Americans couldn't muster the moral courage to face the problem. To learn the mechanism of the tyranny and expose it. To [gasp] not be "liked" on Facebook.

And the mechanism is the imposition of corporate law on free people.

There. I've given you the Golden Key of Freedom. Don't all rush to use it at once...

A corporation is made by the state, and so it is owned by the state. And so it is a slave to the whims of the state - without limit.

A free person was not made free by the state, and cannot be enslaved by the state.

Free people are the exact legal opposite of corporations. Wherever laws include application to corporations, no matter what they are called, they do not apply to free people - by definition.

So what the state has done, is named certain types of corporations or corporate representatives "persons" and "individuals." And everyone then assumes that corporate law applies to them as free people.

That's it. Change a few words, and the country of 300 million people is enslaved, literally because they are to stupid and lazy to look up the meanings of the words. And those small number who know the meanings are paid to wrongfully impose it against everyone else by using methods of extreme duress, while flat-out lying that the laws they are imposing apply to the people they are imposing them against.

In other countries, corporate laws actually apply, because the people are not free - they are subjects, and subjected to corporate law. But in America they really are lawfully free, and so corporate law is imposed upon them through fraud alone. But unfortunately, in America, the "upper class" has become those who impose the fraud, and hide this secret, from other Americans, and slowly force their own country deeper and deeper into slavery - so they and their families will - hopefully - be treated more kindly by their masters.

That, in America, has become "getting ahead."

You can force a lot of things, but you can't force people to be free. Cowardice is a spiritual failing that no amount of force can cure. That's why America was originally called the "Great Experiment." To see if a people would protect their freedom, or sell it out for the false promises of comfortable slavery.

And just to show you that both Right and Left are bogus, tell me - which one is concerned with restricting the application of corporate law only to corporations, and making sure the government doesn't presume everyone is a corporation, and passing laws punishing government employees for the misapplication of corporate laws on free people?

Well, which party? Democrats, or Republicans?

Re: 545 vs. 300,000,000 People
I'm tired of reading through topics and agreeing with it. It's time to fight back.

Take action!

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees... We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Vote them out of office? Who do you think does the vote counting? Do you really think your vote truly matters?

What we need is a list of names and addresses of those 545 anti-colonialists, I'm willing to start this thing if we could get some legit info on these guys.

We all know someone needs to start this revolution, and I'm willing to start it, given the legitimate info on these terrorists in office.

We Vote with our numbers not with machines. we all need to start voicing our opinions and not stop till they answer all our questions.

Everyone has a voice, everyone has a say, and they need to answer everyone's questions. We employ them, they owe us everything.

There cannot be a leader, we need to lead ourselves all together holding hands for the future of mankind. No one person can stop or start an idea like this, It takes everyone to keep it going.
