There was a thread written with the Exact same words verbatim, just after the Gulf oil spill. Shit you not. Same exact story, with the exception of the semi truck, was a broken down National Guard truck.
I searched back, can't find it. But it was the exact story.
If I remember correctly, it was in Utah.

I don't buy the cover story that was provided for this thread with the 'friend' whose profession can't be revealed calling with a 'trembling voice' (apparently to relay an internet/email based rumor, lol).
