What is up with the "rural mass casualities" operations? Those seem to be kind of weird. I don't think the shooter angle will be used again, since people are on are high alert and there are unreported incidences of public attacks being stopped by legally armned citizens. If you follow the movie angle, Superman lands in a rural community in some form of an asteroid, which is his disguised ship.

Going on the "rural mass casualtiy" angle, which I need to look into more to see what exactly this means, a rural area would be a perfect place for "faked" attacks, since the area could be controlled easy against "real" media. I see Cape Giraedu is on that list, aren't they on a fault line? If these are staged events, they can't just happen anywhere, since there could be too many people with cameras or weapons. The Sandy Hook event seemed to be contained and controlled, wheteher faked or real, hence no inside photos and tight scripted media. Malls cover too much area and have too many surveillance points and possible CCW possibilites for faked action.

I am going to see what other info is out there for the "rural" incidences, as they seem peculiar. As for large sporting events, Those seem unlikely, and if anything provide a distraction for other events to happen. If any one has any more info on the "rural" training events, I would like to see what these scenarios would be.
