They have killed thousands of civilians and are responsible for the massacres. I know, they're getting desperate, lots of casualties lately and their tactics of media manipulation are well known, most of the atrocities have been committed by them, but to be totally honest and fair here, pro-Assad forces and Alawites have formed their own armed militias too, not saying that they are responsible for this, just saying that they do exist. Knives and burning people alive are not the actions of a professional army. This may have been a sectarian response to other acts of violence but this was not the regime. Quoting: NSF001 It's like when they said in Libya that Ghadaffi was sending his people out to kill innocent civilians. There was a video of a Western-looking man (as in a white dude in the middle of the chaos in Libya) posing as a garbageman, then bringing out some type of RPG-looking weapon and at one point he shot it off and ran off trying to look totally inconspicuous. He seemed to be some type of special-forces type. American, British, French? I have no idea. Hopefully someone remembers and can find the video. Occam's Razor, morans! |

They don't target the pro-Assad population for sure, but they have committed some atrocities in Alawite regions against Sunni population, once a sectarian conflict starts it's very hard to stop it from both sides. I agree that FSA is responsible for the most of this mess, Assad still enjoying a 70% support from the Syrian population. |

Quoting: NSF001 Do you have any ideas as to the nature or origin of these people? Are they Syrian? No, they are imported mercenaries from North Africa, Saudi-Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan,... Noted on another thread about the Algerian gas refinery kidnappers [link to newsok.com] says they had Egyptian, Tunisian and Libyan accents. |
The Right Policy User ID: 31219881 United States 01/19/2013 12:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There was a report about them using chemical weapons. The MSM won't report that, however, because they are protecting their King 0bama because this was supposed to be a "red line". lol, riiiiiiiiight. Coward The Right Policy is Always Conservative "The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." - Vaclav Klaus |
Sungaze_At_Dawn User ID: 1458670 Canada 01/19/2013 12:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This was done by the Brotherhood, hodgepodge team of assassins endorsed by PTB, and they've been committing atrocities in Egtypt and Libya, trying to takeover moderate countries and enforce primitive conditions from the past because our PTB for some reason (maybe they're orcs, trolls and goblins themselves) want this. Good, a video I'd posted was taken down, of course. Its critical on whats happening. This is the lovely gift that keeps on giving that Egypt got from our PTB, the gang I call Murder Incorporated, and their brotherhood minions. I had saved the video however, and so I uploaded it, its up again. Murder of Sinners and Cannibalism now being taught to kids in new Egyptian high school books Syrian citizens do not want to follow in these footsteps and back Assad for that reason, not because they like him, but because they know what is happening all around them. This situation is not what is being reported. Last Edited by Sungaze_At_Dawn on 01/19/2013 12:54 PM The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. Australian govt issued a statement urging their citizens to not do that. Radicalism knows no borders i guess. |

Australian security agencies believe more than 100 Australians have joined the civil war in Syria, sparking fears the conflict could produce a wave of home-grown jihadists hardened with combat skills and training. [link to www.theaustralian.com.au] Australian Federal Police have warned the nation's Muslim communities that people will be breaking Australian law if they travel to Syria to take part in the country's civil war. [link to au.news.yahoo.com] A group of Swedish Islamists calling themselves Mujahedeen Fi Ash Sham (”Holy Warriors in the Levant”) had published a Swedish-language video statement calling for a ”jihad” against the Assad regime, and encouraging Swedish Muslims to join them in Syria. It clearly showed a Caucasian man who was pretending to sweep a street or pick up garbage cans (I forget) and then out of nowhere, he looks around him, brings out an RPG or bazooka and shoots it, then he hides it and walks off as if nothing. Quoting: DoorBert * Group says whole families killed in Homs massacre * Activists say raid was reprisal against civilians [link to www.trust.org] All Assad is doing at this point is making the resistance that much stronger, each person killed in situations like this equals about 10 more people siding up with the resistance. Feed the hungry, visit the sick, free a captive if he be unjustly confined(kidnapped/enslaved by someone). Assist any person oppressed, whether they're of the Muslim or non-Muslim. - Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) |
