That is up 75,000. Apparently they dont like it much when people speak up. Once the 100,000 becomes easy to hit, they will raise it again. Which makes the petition site, garbage.

WHITE HOUSE NOW REQUIRES 100,000 SIGNATURES for PETITION RESPONSE! i personally think its all useless anyways since they'll pick and choose what to answer. but 100,000 isn't unreasonable with a population over 350 million. that way only important issues reach the required number. its obvious the 25,000 wasn't going to work just by the retarded things that passed the limit. an example was something about deporting anyone who signed to secede, and that passed the limit.
