I think the 'forced' here is the operative word, it should be the girl's choice what is done to her body. It had already been violated by the perps, to violate it again without permission is a sort of double jeopardy.

Admittedly the kid needs good kind caring advice.

But the really important thing going on here is that society no longer gives protection and shelter to a 12 year old. These crimes should carry a prison sentence long enough to make the perps old men before they get out. They have betrayed a basic trust, one that enables civilised society to actually work; that children, just because they are vulnerable, should not be exploited.

The child will have to live with this terror all her life, the perps will be back on the streets chasing children again in say 6 years time (3 years with good behaviour).

Imprison them, and if they are not citizens, deport them....
