Gulf 1 was a very long time ago. Your time from the sandbox to the frozen tundra of Michigan was a lifetime ago. Let go of the past and embrace your future.
Realize the futility of what you are discussing. Your state, national, and international governments are (and have been) in control of your life for quite some time now.
The local LE will fall into line once funding, pensions, and DHS oversights are threatened. You will see. They will turn over to protect their tenuous positions as civil servants. This will become the new norm.
Take your place within the order of the new world that is being built for your very survival. It will be glorious.
