Very interesting earthquake statistic over the last 30 days.....
Over the last 30 days there have been 514 earthquakes WORLDWIDE with a magnitude of 4.0 or higher.

Check out the facts for yourself:
[link to www.iris.edu]

Here is the very interesting thing...

114 out of the 514 earthquakes occurred at the depth of 10km ( 6 miles )

22% of all the stronger earthquakes in the last 30 days have occurred at the 10 km (6 mile) level.

I ask you this... what the hell is going on 6 miles below sea level?

This is very interesting. Very interesting.

Aha! I have figured it out my friends....

The Oceanic Crust is about 10km thick!
Check it out for yourself: [link to scign.jpl.nasa.gov]

If you go back and check out the 114 earthquakes that occurred at 10kms you will see that the vast majority of them occurred in the OCEAN.... and of course, how thick is the crust under the Ocean? You got it... the Oceanic Crust is about 10kms thick, or 6 miles for you Americans.

Now.... right underneath the Oceanic Crust is where you will find the UPPER MANTLE.

SO... it looks like there is a WORLDWIDE DISTURBANCE at the top of the UPPER MANTLE where it meets/touches the Oceanic Crust.

What other reason would there be?

One more thing...

SUBDUCTION EARTHQUAKES generally occur at approx 10 kms in depth.

This means that an increase in earthquakes at the depth of 10kms = the greater the chances of SUBDUCTION EARTHQUAKES occurring.

Do you not find it interesting that 22% of the world's earthquakes (4.0+ magnitude) occur at a depth of 10 km.........

Not at 3 km
Not at 7 km
Not at 15 km
Not at 20 km
Not at 23 km
Not at 30 km
Not at 34 km
Not at 42 km
Not at 56 km

Take a look at this earthquake map.
Take a look at the Pacific Plate.
Notice all the earthquakes all around it?
Now... look at the west coast USA.... there is NOTHING!!!
According to the law of average, Do you think that it is possible that area is due for a large earthquake any day now?

New information to report!!!

The percentage of earthquakes at the depth of 10 kms (6 miles) is now at 26%.

You will notice that when I first posted this thread the total was 22%.

The pressure is increasing rapidly!!!

Now it is evident that 26% of all the world's larger earthquakes in the last 30 days are occuring at the depth of 10 km.
In the end it doesn't even matter...

I read an interesting blog about the lack of earthquakes in the Cascadia zone. The writer also mentions that the Charlotte Island quakes were something that has not been recorded before and they are still trying to figure it out.

6 YEAR DROUGHT OF LARGE PACIFIC NORTHWEST EARTHQUAKES: [link to www.pnsn.org]

By coincidence the Science Channel had some hour long episodes about mega quakes last night and all of them were about this area. Apparently this area zone averages 300-350 years between 8+ earthquakes and the last one occurred in January 26, 1700; 312 years ago…looks like we are due! It’ll be interesting to see how the high rise buildings react to a long duration quake. Most building codes for earthquakes are for short duration quakes. Combine that with the massive tsunami, which will be similar to the one spoke of in the Makah Tsunami legend. The legend that has been confirmed by geological evidence!

While I was finding the above information I also stumbled across some interesting volcano activity. Most interesting is the Newberry Volcano. It is the largest volcano in the Cascades, covering an area the size of Rhode Island. Its last eruption was 1300 years ago and the last major eruption 75,000 years ago. Now fast forward to today; over the last 40 years Newberry volcano has averaged 0 earthquakes. In the last month there have been 24 earthquakes! Mount Hood and Rainer have both show increased activity in the same mountain chain. Iceland, Alaska and Russia all show increased activity as well. Most recent change further north was the Cleveland Volcano. On November 10, 2012 there was an ash cloud and they changed the alert level from ADVISORY to WATCH with the following warning, “Sudden explosions of blocks and ash remain possible with little or no warning. The previous confirmed explosion occurred on November 10. Ash clouds, if produced, could exceed 20,000 feet above sea level.”

The fire & brimstone (sulfur) that will rain down do not come from outside our planet. This will all come from volcanoes erupting miles into the atmosphere. The molten rock and ash will come raining back down into the extremely dry (decade of drought), beetle killed forest (plague?), there will be huge wildfires. The earth will shake and the crust will rupture, an extreme amount of methane and other gases will be released (smells like sulfur)…there will be large explosions where the gas releases near wildfires & molten rock…where there is no ignition there will be massive die off of all living things. There will be a giant wave that will wipe out the coast line and the waters will never recede back to their current levels. All this will throw the planet off balance and will cause it to wobble. To compensate the poles/axis will shift to re-balance. This shift will move the North Pole near Central America and the South Pole will be in the middle of Indian Ocean.

Thread: OPEN DISCUSSION ~ Random Thoughts or Ideas...Anything Goes...

It might not necessarily be a pole shift that causes the "turn." Maybe the poles don't move, it's the crust that moves. Perhaps someone out there as the ability and skill to figure out where all the tectonic plates would end up relative to the poles by using the measurement of the angle between the two visible legs of the mountain chain. It appears that the mountain shifts back to it's present direct if you look near the subduction zone where the Aleutian islands meet up with Russia. That would indicate to me that there are only two directions the plate has/will move thus indicating the poles only have two major locations. If you were able to figure all this out you could determine the approximate new location of the poles when the next shift occurs.
