Wonder why the numbers are so low. According to the USGS statistics we should get 14,469 earthquakes per of 4.0 and above per year. In a 30 day period we should have, on average, 1,189 earthquakes mag 4 and above. You say only 514, that is off by over 50%. The earth is quieting down big time.

As of today February 5th the percentage has gone up to 27.5% from 26% just 5 days ago.....

At the rate we are increasing I predict a massive subduction earthquake within 30 days... I am talking about a 9.0+ earthquake. Santa Cruz may just be warming up....

Yesterday, the percentage of world earthquakes ( 4.0+) at the 10 km depth was 27.4% .... TODAY IT IS 31.4%

In the last 3 weeks the number of earthquake at the 10 km depth has gone up about 30%

We are on the CUSP of a subduction earthquake greater than 9.0 magnitude!!! Most likely within one or two weeks now!

January 17 ...22%
January 30 ...26%
February 5 ... 27.5%
February 6 ... 31.4%

Okay, let me know what you are going to do after knowing what is going on 6 miles below the earth's surface.
Even if you know what is happening and why it is happening, you will be the very same person as you were before knowing. Even something terribly bad is going to happen, you can do nothing about it except getting mentally sick and irritated. So, no point in knowing what you need not know. Know only what you need to know and what you must know - how to earn money, how to love your family and how to live a happy life.

Knowing about some alien existence, collecting proof, talking something about government, pentagon, military, wars or gun control just wastes your precious time but gets you nothing. Say, sandy hook was a drama and you know for sure it is or obama birth certificate is totally fake, can you do anything about it? You JUST CAN'T.
So, invest your time and energy in something better for you and for your family and friends.

and out of 45000 quakes 4+ since 10/2004 9000 were at exactly 10k

that is 20% over the past 9 years

Good way of thinking. However, with knowledge comes acting upon that knowledge. Therefore, if you conclude a large EQ is about to hit and disrupt world food supplies... then it is prudent to load up on food in advance for you and your family to make sure that everyone is well fed. Preparing for the worst but hoping for the best makes alot of sense. Besides, we here in North America have lots of food and lots of places to store our food... unlike other people in different parts of the world, like India.

I've also noticed the crazy uptick in earthquakes and this actually started around the fall 2012.. it has merely continued and possibly been exacerbated over these past couple of months.

Obviously the person who pinned this thread did the math on all the earthquakes occuring at the 10 km depth level.
This morning when I checked the data there were currently 192 earthquakes (4.0 magnitude or higher) out of a total of 611.
This means that out of 611 earthquakes worldwide... 31.4% of them occured at the 10 km depth level.

Hopefully, even the motherfucking EARF wants Obama gone and is trying its best.

So what's so strange about that?
