i don't know if there was a real shooting, if there was more than one person, if it was actors or if it was real. i'm not pushing an agenda so takes yours somewhere else. i'm one of the many that don't know what to believe.

I couldn't help notice when people from the school were asked what ya hear and they seem to all say pop pop pop and not bang bang bang like how a real gun going off sounds.

A handgun is often heard as a 'pop pop' sound, especially when there are walls, doors, etc., between the listener and the gun.

I haven't yet heard of a single scream of terror or pain, though, which I find to be rather odd, especially considering the ages of the kids in that building.

I also haven't heard about Scott Vollmer being questioned by police....then again, they already selected their 'lone nut' and thus have no need to further investigate...but then, there's a 90 day gag order in place. Odd considering there will be no prosecution.

good point... are the investigators going to be able to match that kind of description to how the most used weapon sounded like to that?

If this statement is indeed accurate a tiny detail deserves more attention. I looked up a map of allowable hunting areas in Newtown:

Town(s): Newtown Areas north and south which front Route 34 are closed to all firearms hunting. These sections have been designated as Deer Bowhunting Only areas. Other areas of the forest that are open to firearms hunting are open for the regular state land bowhunting seasons.

There are no hunting areas near the school. So why would a resident think ANY gunshot was from a hunting area? I seriously doubt any gunshots can be heard from where he was standing from an actual designated area. Any other report that implies "hunters" are normal in and around the Sandy Hook school area needs to be questioned as well.
