You could look at it that way, or it could be that NYC is just one huge never ending construction zone.

It would be like totaling a car in a vehicle wrecking yard and saying, look they crushed that car faster than others.

Money was made on that clean-up. Plus it needed to be cleaned up. NYC is not Poekipsi. The cleanup was quick, but the area was/is full of merry-maids to do the work like ants on a moments notice.

They scrape entire mega-resort Hotels from the earth in less than 24 hours, without leaving a trace in Las Vegas all the time.

So yah, could be fishy, or could just be merry-maid service doing it's thing.

A colored boy falls into the water in Lousiana and he's eaten by an alligator in less than 1 minute. That same colored boy could fall into the water in NYC and an alligator wouldn't eat him in 100 hours.

If it really mattered (the clean up) - then what's being built there now?

For the same reasons TPTB: shipped out hurriedly all the WTC demolished steel; poured sand by the truck loads on the front lawn of the pentagon after the alleged plane strike; and gave OBL a speedy sea "burial" after his alleged assassination. Why leave any evidence outside of TPTB's custody for independent investigators to debunk their official version?
