Why have authorities decided to zero in on this case after 32 years? 32 years is a LONG time...witnesses and others closely associated with the case have died, are old, memories fade, etc., I'm not saying Wagner is or isn't hiding some guilt, but he's wise to keep his mouth shut from now on. He has co-operated repeatedly in the pass also, and is very likely simply tired it's still being dredged up after 32 years.If authorities have anything incriminating on him they would be able to get a court order, otherwise they're fishing.
