Russia prepares massive evacuation from Syria. Assad sleeping on Russian ship?

these things dont happen overnight rather being prepared for weeks if not months. And they are present in the news for those who follow them. Currently Russia brought the biggest fleet since Cold War in Mediterranean.

It is kind of pity that they become headlines when everyone knows it. 2-3 days maximum for translations in other languages.

So is Russia going for a massive operation in Syria or only to gather its many thousands citizens? Strange coincidence with Obama second term.

Lots of MSM reporting Russian navy drills and presence in the Med, lots of landing ships though, i'm not convinced that Russia will fight in Syria.

I think that Russia can't fight in Syria, resupply and reinforcements lines aren't possible for a serious fight. Russian response will come from Caucasus as i see it. ;)

Maybe Assad is getting ready for a large-scale attack against the "rebels".

NO coincidence that today Patriot missiles arrived in Turkey by sea. Within the next days the whole A/A system will be 100% operational.

Well on Jan.6, Assad in a rare appearance pretty much declared war to the rebels and the west. Patriot missiles according to plan, Turkey had military drills with invasion scenarios close to the Syrian border the past week, they'll go in without NATO troops probably.

Seems Erdogan is doing everything to make the Kurds rebel against everyone, Turkey included.

Funny thing is that Turkey "will pay for it", for the fact that back in 2003 they didn't let US Forces invade Iraq through Turkish-Iraqi borders.

And now they make an alliance with Iraqi-Kurds and screwing Iraq. Iraqi govt blames them for wanting to dismember Iraq. Times change as it seems, oil rules.
