What did this poor innocent woman do for this have occurred? Well, nothing. She was simply targeted by a sociopathic predatory thug...the type of whom roam looking for victims to jump in Philly and elsewhere. This type of assault is actually not un-common in many urban neighborhoods. It's a blitz attack designed to scare and incapacitate the victim...begin by innocently asking a question....punch them without provocation repeatedly in the head, face...talk smack to scare them....steal their shit. This is a typical violent street crime and the cop who says he doesn't know why it occurred is being disingenuous and politically correct. |
