I am getting ready to start my own consulting firm and will be purchasing my own insurance rather than going through my current employer... Our health insurance already costs us more than $800 a month for the family... an average mortgage payment... next year I will get to pay TWO mortgage payments for our insurance thanks to the "Affordable Care Act". NICE. THANKS (liberal) AMERICA. This one lady in this article now pays $22,500 per year for insurance from Wellmark.
