Obama screws GNC employees - Is this the masterplan to destroy the economy? GNC Employess - listen up

I own a company. I have seen my employees go from 95 to 25. I still offer health insurance but my competors don't. I am the same rate as my competitors but I see a rigged game. I will continue on until I can't afford it. I didn't pick this game but I am protected cause I still am able to provide for my family (all my employees)

It makes me very sad to read this thread but the truth is.......

It isn't just obo care that drives this...it is the bankers and their plan to only have two classes.

The wealthy - that would be them ...who will have every pleasure, all the money and grow more and more intolerant of all the rest of us

and us.........that would be everybody else in the entire world.

Their plan is to create a world where all of US fall into the category of the very poorest places in INDIA....barefoot, toothless, penniless, desperate, poor, sick and hungry.

all the while they dine on the proverbial milk and honey..the cream of everything.

I know they think that this is a great master plan but in their arrogance they forget that when the rest of US have nothing left to lose...........

All of US will lose it.

all just be all cozy, warm and safe for any extended period of time.....NOT. And, I don't need a computer model to understand that.

trouble is, for the employees- if they do that, there will be no UI insurance for them when their contract ends unexpectedly. And they'll be fighting to get work while losing their home/apt.

the 40 hr work week is totally unsustainable in a tech-driven, automated environment like we are entering.

I worked for GNC for about 2 years part-time while getting my master's degree. That ended about 1 1/2 years ago. Screw GNC, they are selling everything for at least a 50% markup.

While I was working there it was assumed that I would never work more than 30 hours. On weeks when I did work more than 30 it would be adjusted the next week to make sure I did not work more than 60 hours in 2 weeks (since we got paid every two weeks). I quit when I found out my time card was changed and hours subtracted when I worked over 60 hours in two weeks. I complained to corporate after quitting and received back pay for those hours in which I was not compensated. Currently, GNC is facing a case action lawsuit for this very reason.

You suck and they will still be able to get Obamacare. Your companies policy of undercutting wages to avoid providing insurance is going t come back to haunt you.

Now that you put it out there let me be the first to tell you that I will no longer be buying GNC products anymore.

You fools never call the bankers communist only the poor who want to take a piece of the pies and provide healthcare for everyone.

Healthcare is a Human Rights Issue not a business issue. It is not n American invention either. There are plenty of non communist countries have healthcare. Stupid ass.

Your employer sucks. Free healthcare from your employer is a givin. If they cannot offer that find another job because the company sucks balls and has no future as it is.

The company that I work for is doing the same thing as GNC.

Its sad, but half the businesses in the country will be doing this when all is said and done. All restaurants and retail will for sure be 29 hour work weeks. Companies that don't will just jack up the prices to cover the costs, but that won't work with GNC due to internet competition.
