When their accounts get cleaned out it is out of control, that never happens, it is the ones that have the least that lose the most.

The trick would seem to be for the ones that 'get left holding an empty bag' make the needed repairs on their own and come up with a system that makes a repeat impossible. That is as easy as making one bank that serves the needs of the whole of the country and does it at 0% profit and interest is only charged to it's richest clients, the one that need/use the system more than anybody.

Agenda 21 is aimed first and foremost at the middle class and upper middle class of the first world countries.

To get the most juice squeeze the part that will yield the most.

Europe may be more protected in some ways because many of TPTB are based there.

But there is not much room at the top. One can simple go down the list of agenda 21 activities and see where they are targeted, and then it becomes obvious. Nations like the US are actually decreasing in population, and yet "population control" efforts are still the most noticeable in those same populations of middle class and wealthy.

When the population decreases in a wealthy region, a much greater portion of that wealth goes straight to the top through inheritance taxes etc etc.

A lot of different people benefit from disasters.

Take that bus monitor for instance, $300,000 in donations because she was bullied.

Now think of all the "help" donations for the dying kids or the Earthquakes. Those guy's make the most. They don't donate EVERYTHING they are sent, otherwise how would those company's who do these "charity's" make a profit? Ohhh. That's why. These charity's are corporate owned and those corporations use these charity's for tax returns and tax write offs.

We are all in a stage now (the rich, middle class, and poor) and nothing will stop the next stage from coming. We are being pushed to the brink and we will go over. Its all about pushing the nwo agenda. After we go over the edge chaos will reign for awhile. This will effect everyone including the rich. The people doing this don't think in terms of money (unless its gold) they think in terms of power. Once we have been beaten they will come in and it will seem like they are the saviors. They will seem well spoken and sincere and come with the promise of safety and world peace and control. The world will gladly accept this offer. We will have a one world government under control of the nwo. Everyone in the world will have the same resources to begin with and anyone that gets out of line will be dealt with. I believe at this time the leaders of the nwo will come out of the closet. Afterall they are doing it to be seen as gods and they want the praise and fame. After this we will all be under the direct control of this governemnt and any country that does not obey will be dealt with and in time they want world domination. I wish this was not the case but as I investigate and interview people I come to this conclusion everytime no matter how I try to debunk it. There is nothing we can do anymore except spread the word and try to warn as many as we can.

In the past the wealthy were an example of a good class of people because they were patrons of the arts. Carnegy and Ford are a good example. Architecture was in bloom, and Broadway set the bar for prolitariat envolvement in art.The people were uplifted by these wealthy as well as funded, not the other way around like today,where we have a bunch of get rich quick immigrants with no class at all.America is a place now that people come to, to exploit.

Your thinking is too linear. The richest people in the world aren't restricted by the same laws that you and I are. They would have no trouble getting multiple passports (if you've got the money, nothing is hard) but they don't even need things like that. Showing your papers at the border is for the sheep, not the rulers. And they honestly don't care much which country they live in, as long as it's very developed and can cater to the lifestyle they prefer. Quite a few countries fit the bill, and they have no allegiance to any of them. They have become, in effect, supranational entities.

Na, the richest people in the world live in places like Saudi Arabia and shit... you know, those crazy Sheikhs driving around in cars plated with white-gold and stuff.

The mistake is when we don't properly define "they".

"THEY" are not like us, we fail to understand what is happening when we think they are people like us just with more money. THe names and faces we think are "THEY" are not. They work for "THEY" on a lower level.
