Gun Haters... I need some advice please ... a simple Question??

Imagine... you are away from home and your wife calls. She is in her room upstairs and the the kids are in their rooms also upstairs. She tells you someone has broken in the back door and she hears voices downstairs and the dog is barking, going crazy, suddenly two shots are fired and the doge yelps...then silence. Now she says the voices are coming up the stairs, don't know how many. Everything you care about is at the top of these same stairs and in seconds an unknown number of men with unknown weapons will be on the second floor of your castle intending on doing harm for sure...

Do you...

A) Tell her to dial 911 and hide in the closet.

B) Tell her to grab the politically correct 6 shot revolver and hope for the best.

C) Tell to pick up the evil military patterned black rifle with the 30 round magazine and prepare to release some "SHOCK AND AWE" down the stairwell and not stop firing 'til the threat is over.

My question to anyone is why do you want my wife to run out of bullets.
