If you can bring yourself to do this, read

in a king james bible

first john, chapter 1 and 4...take about 10 to 15 minutes

the first book of john which is a letter, not the book of john which is one of the 4 gospels...

then, if you want to know more about the Holy Spirit of God, given to all believers, to live in them through faith in Jesus the Christ...read chapter 14, 15 and 16 in the book of john...Chapter 17 is the prayer Jesus prayed FOR YOU.
