This really sucks. Portsmouth is not far from here. I live between Cincinnati and Portsmouth and if SHTF my plan has always been to head east where the good old boys are. There is a lot of land out there and many hunting cabins. We used to have one. It's on the river. The perfect place to go. There is NO way that drill was random.
