This is a "tag" question and I could say it is
rhetorical, because my intutition tells me that
you may wish to engage in a Christian debate about
what IS or what ISN'T in Michaelangelo' "The Creation
of Adam." Your "Pay ATTENTION" statement gives you
away!

If you have visted any of my earlier threads, you will
remember that I try to stay away from direct debates
about religion, because they often end up side-tracking
the topic and SPAMMING the thread. There are plenty
of specific "Christian" threads on GLP on any day--
and if that is what you'd like to debate you are
welcomed to bring it up over there!
The topic on this thread is NOT about Adam and Eve
or Adam and Steve! Sorry....I cannot hope to
imagine WHO THE WOMAN the "God" character in
Michaelangelo's "Creation of Adam" might have been
in his mind as he painted it.
Try to step back from the box alittle bit and think
of "creation" as for everyone on planet earth. Yes,
Michaelangelo was COMMISSIONED BY THE VATICAN to paint
the Sistine Chapel, but when you are a great artist
and philosopher, as we assume him to be, you direct
your beauty to any soul who is seeking.

Remember, the painting of "The Creation of Adam"
has combined images from both the Egyptian mythology
and the traditional Judeo-Christian bible stories of
Genesis. We aren't looking at purely, one religious
creation-story in Michaelangelo's painting. The very
possibility that the painting's foreground is the
Orion Nebula already tells you this as a MAJOR CLUE!

So, it is reasonable to assume that since the "God-
figure" has his arm wrapped around Eve's neck and
his left hand resting on the figure of a boy--
what you actually have is the Egyptian version of
"Trinity" in Osiris, Isis and Horus.

The Gods of ancient Egypt, the Goddess "Venus" of
the Greek tradition (i.e., Eve) and the son of
Osiris and Isis, Horus are essentially passing the
"spark of inspiration" to the NEW RELIGION--Christianity.
That's just my "take" but I believe Danny Wilten's
research also supports this version.

I also have been much more comfortable with both
male and females in the position of co-creator than
the male dominant, female being oppressed version
from the Vatican Creation Story.

Oh My God. You have to be kidding me. The Vatican doesn't know much. Ha ha Ha Ha. Long ago in days of old even before the crusades there existed all manner of writings and documents from lands near and far and over the centuries they have all ended up in the custody of the Vatican.

and thoughtful view. I am with you totally on this.
When you just step back for a moment and think of
all of this as a time-line, the level of maturity and
inspiration coming from what BOTH science and religion
hold as their most excellent concepts...It's just a
humbling expanse and progress. Science doesn't have
to poke fun at religion or the "intuitives" and religion
doesn't have to fear science--we have a true synergy

By the way, I changed the title to take off
David dIcke's name. For some reason, there is alot
of negative feed-back on GLP about this person--
I don't know anything about him, personally, except
that YOU were happy he had put your video on his
UTube channel. When I try to link to his webpage
it comes up as "GLP hater" and the link fails.
Have no idea if this is coming form GLP, or if it
is somekind of block--but I thought just to be safe
and keep the thread as controversy-free as we can,
I'd just go ahead and take the name out of the title.

I don't know if someone already mentioned this.. but did you know that the egyptians (faraos) used the tumbes for travelling to orion.. using some kind of drugs which activates the pineal gland..

For me it would not be a surprise when the Vatican is going to anounce disclosure soon.. the pope will not be needed anymore.. yahweh and his entities will take over. More of the elites will leave.. just look at our queen Beatrix.. there's a lot going on..

The boy could be Cupid and could be next to Eve/Venus.

They painted a lot of Greek figures. He could have slipped in.

I haven't watched the recent videos yet.

They look good.

Everybody has their own interpretations with art.

The female was 'with God' and he was protecting her.

One thing about El Greco is that his art travelled through the centuries. His figures still look modern now. I don't know why he made hem elongated but the faces look modern. I see him as the first 'modern artist'.

This is one example of seperates you from so called enlightened societies, ot is part of our history and the stuff of life itself...

Shhhh, just listen, be awakened to the reality of the multiversal matrix...
