Girls--like flowers, dressing up, things that are pretty and smell nice, relationships, movies.....romance...
Boys like sports, hunting, fixing, protecting, and girls....
not that I am an expert or anything, but I would venture to guess that although 10% of any given population has gay tendencies, it is more in the arts and less in the sports arena.
I would not agree with an agenda that forced a 105 hiring rate for gays in all fields.
So much progress has been made, I'm sure more will follow--know of any gay serial killers?
