Texas Lottery Quick Picks - What Are The Odds??
About 6 months ago I had to stop driving due to an eye injury. So, the only place I have been able to buy my Texas Lottery tickets is this small convenience store that is within walking distance. I have been buying one quick pick every Wednesday and Saturday since then. And not once have I even gotten one number on a ticket! That’s about 48 quick pick lottery tickets, and not one number has ever come up.

What are the odds of this?

I would rather ask my fellow GLP’s to help me pick lottery numbers than try quick pick again! If this isn’t against any rules, let’s give it a try and I’ll post my ticket results every week.

If the highest number is 49 and 6 numbers are drawn per game then the odds of not picking one right number for 48 draws are 1 in 110. So not that crazy.
Picking all 6 numbers right just one time...the odds are one in 13 million.
Actually the odds of only getting one number and getting 0 numbers are very similar. Getting 2 numbers is much more difficult

That's 25 million, 8 hundred thousand to one.

It does not matter whether it is a quick pick or your own numbers, the odds remain the same.

every month i make a 5.00 donation to the state of texas.
i always get quick picks and have never won a dime.

when the lottery gets real high we put a pool together ... 5.00 each and got as many as 100 quick pick tickets and never won a dime
