Of course I do, also referred to as anti-protons. But there is very few of them, and disappear almost as soon as they appear. They're kind of self-replicating, if you will, but that doesn't change the fact that your theory is baseless. My guess is that it couldn't possibly explode, it would burn up upon entering our atmosphere, but depending on the size, that would be of little matter. It would hit earth and cause a massive amount of damage.

If I remember right, they have already said that the amount of anti-protons in the belt, at any given time, is less than 30 (not to mention, they are rapidly producing and being destroyed). I'm no physicist, but even if it were possible to "ignite" the belt, that wouldn't be enough to do anything spectacular.

GLP needs a physicists, but I'm pretty sure common sense is enough in the particular situation.

What are you on about. The government ignited a hydrogen bomb in space, it did not ignite the Van Allen Belt.

This source has the video, it was hardly an ignition of the entire belt bud, it was the effect of the bomb itself.

I believe that both the Catholic Warning ”as like two stars that crash in the sky" and the blast and subsequent "Flash" that will be seen by everyone simultaneously around the globe is one of the same event.

This will be the result of asteroid 2012-DA14 exploding in our upper atmosphere as it reacts with cosmic particles located within the Van Allen belts.

After this event our planets entire electricity grid, water / gas supplies, and electronic devices will all cease to function due to high level EMP!

Please note:

I do not believe that the Van Allen belts will "ignite in flames" as may have been implied when reading this article. All has been misinterpreted due to my regrettable use of the word ignite, out of context in my original post!

Looks like the thread has just about died ...

Anyway, before Y2K, I did a lot of research and stumbled upon the Event you are talking about ... the great miracle that is the prelude to the Tribulation.

The best that I can recall is that it would take place in a month with an R in it. It would be on one of the minor Saint's day. For some reason, I was thinking it would be on a Thursday but maybe it was Wed, Thurs, or Fri.

The 15th is on Friday and it is St Walfrid. I don't know that really means anything since there seems to be a saint for every day of the year! Interestly, Thursday the 14th is Valentine's Day though According to Wiki, little is known as to the origins of St Valentine.

Just wanted to throw that out there. Not looking forward to the responses.
