Don't rule out fracking. That can trigger small quakes.

Then why did Guy, Arkansas have a swarm of over 700 quakes in less than six months that basically dwindled to nothing when the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission required all of the injection wells used to dipose of the frack water be shut down yeah, its always a possibility. that doesnt mean its the actual cause its just a possible outcome from fracking.
