Actually there is no provision in the US Consitution for martial law or setting aside the Constitution. That, in itself, is unconstitutional.

I think its so funny at how paranoid the us government has become. Congressman have done such a bad job that now every decision they make is based on how to keep the people from uprising and become more of a police state. How about they do a better job at running the country and then they wont have to worry at all. I for one am enjoying seeing them all run around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to prepare for civil unrest and chaos. They have no one to blame but themselves too.
