Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28770978 another motive, Dogan was acquitted in 2010 of political corruption. some of those ties to corruption that was asserted were ties to organized crime boss Usoyan. remember he was the mob boss assassinated this past week. pretending to be assassinated yourself kinda throws the hound dogs off the scent of who assassinated Usoyan.
