It gets stranger if you look at the bottom of the link op posted you will see a comment from a guy who says it gets even stranger with a link to another article. According to the article there was a bomb threat at the church where the cops and swat we're called in. Maybe this is the footage CNN used. The problem is the bomb threat was called in 2 days after the sandy hook shooting.
