Epicurus was an atheist who made the booboo of a paradox in that he questions and defines a God he doesn't believe in. One would have to believe and know God in order to present any merit in their opinion, which for the ages is simply his

First off, if a person commits murder, they go to prison or they may be put to death. They KNOW these are the rules if they get caught. But your comparison is stupid. You say I should KNOW that not believing in your garden variety of deity will land me in hell, where I will suffer forever and ever. The God I worship would have to be kinder and more compassionate than me. But the God you worship is worse than Hitler, worse than any human that has ever lived.
So let me ask you a question that you will NEVER answer because you CAN'T answer it. Could you torture your son or daughter, your own flesh and blood, if they didn't listen to you (worship you) or if they disowned you? Could you torture them for one month and that's it. If you had the ability to lock them up, could you torture them by starving them, burning them, etc.? If you say, YES, then I would be right to call you a psychopath, and you should be in prison. If you say, NO, then you have more compassion than the God who supposedly created the universe. You are kinder and more loving. And, in that case, why do you WORSHIP a being such as this? It has to be because of fear, fear that has been taught to you since childhood. If you aren't good, Santa won't bring you presents. As you get older, if you aren't good, God will torture you forever. You are still a child, afraid of this invisible, imaginary being. You should be ashamed of yourself.
You seem to think that nonbelievers shouldn't talk about God as if we know him? Are you kidding me? I don't believe in God, just like I don't believe in Santa. But I can TALK about the God of the Bible because I read the fucking book. The Bible is a book and I use it to show you the error of your ways. I can talk about God in the same way that I could talk about any character from any book. A character from a book doesn't have to be real in order to have a conversation about it. What about people who are born believing that Allah is the one true God, for instance. What if they are right? They could be, you know. Just because you were taught about Jesus, this doesn't mean you have to be right just because you are you. Just because your ego tells you that you can't be wrong, this doesn't mean you can't be wrong. You are a stupid, fallible human being. YOU CAN BE WRONG.
So if Allah is real, you die and stand before him, and he says this to you: "I have to send you to hell because you never believed in me." Would you think Allah was fair and just. Would you think that you had the "chance" to believe in him while you were alive but you failed so you deserve to suffer endlessly? Or would you think Allah was a monster? Well, think of all those people from other religions who you think will stand before "precious" Jesus. Do they honestly deserve to suffer? Another question you can't answer, I will presume. I guess it is so much easier for the Christian to run away and hide.
