Husband who loves her, children. She likes herself.
I don't see anything wrong here. Most people wouldn't want to be like she is but she seems happy, more power to her.
There's a lot of skinny women married to abusers who society likes better but live miserable lives.
We focus on the wrong things in this world.

Nurses already have plenty to worry about, namely drug induced individuals acting violently to them in the E.R. Ask a nurse, they would much prefer to have her as a patient, although we reserve the right to bitch about anything regarding anyone :)
