Life implies death, form implies space, sound implies silence, we can keep going. Death is as normal as life.
 Quoting: Sunyata

Actually, death is not "normal"- The Bible describes it otherwise"

"As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing"- 1 Corinthians 15: 25

we were designed to live forever, as the human brain attests to
 Quoting: CelestialMaiden

Death is simply an undulation of consciousness. If you lived forever you wouldn't know you're alive. Death is the bottom of a wave, life is the top of a wave. If you lived forever and retained all memory and always learned everything it would be like a painting which has been painted over and over again and unable to make out anything.

What I understand from your bible verse is, Don't fear death. We are all essentially nothing, from the eastern philosophy describing all that is, void, ultimate reality. Nothingness.

The thirst to live forever, on and on, will just bring you disappointment. You are not only life, you are life-death. And in ultimate reality, there really is no such thing as death. The self, goes on forever and ever, just changed "bodies".
 Quoting: Sunyata

......there is no such thing as death? that reminds me of the first lie told in the Bible, that same lie still being perpetrated:

"At this the serpent said to the woman: "You positively will not die"...-Genesis 3:4

people still believe that lie, thinking that the soul is immortal....one of the greatest lies ever told

Please verify you're human:
