If it came to civil war the govt. wouldn`t be watching from the sidelines,it would be people revolting against tyranny.In my opinion the powers that be in the govt. are well aware of the fact that all of the looting and corruption that have taken place by our govt. behind closed doors is finally coming to fruition and the economy's going to collapse causing everybody, young and old to lose all forms of govt. assistance .Social security, food stamps,welfare,medicaid,medicare,etc. etc. will all cease to exist and people will die,starting with the sick and elderly and on down from there. With a govt collapse the only hope of holding on would be to tighten the noose around the public,ease dropping, gun control,indefinite detention, on and on.How do you do that with a constitution in place? False flag terrorist attack.The govt states that we must suspend certain freedoms in order to keep us safe from another attack.In the heat of the moment we consent,letting them play our emotions like a fiddle at a ho-down.(Sandy Hook anyone?) Of course i certainly hope im wrong but just take a look around, it`s all there in plain sight.
