When someone hasn't paid their car note for 4 months and thinks they can keep a car without paying for it, as if it is free, I do not feel like a scum. It's called self-responsibility. If you need any help understanding the language in those contracts, since again you obviously do not understand it, let me know and I will give you some advice on your next car purchase so the lenders aren't screwing you over. BUT, just make sure you pay on the note, because in the real world, you don't own that car until the note is satisfied. And don't get angry when you get 4 months behind and wonder why you have to walk to work. Again, it's all common sense, but people LOVE to blame things outside of themselves for all the ills in their lives. IF... ... the note has been sold to a collector... THEN... ... the original note has been satisfied by the purchase of the original BY the collector... AND... ...said original note cannot be produced by the collector to the alleged debtor. In which case, the law specifies, that when said original note cannot be produced to said debtor, said debt does not exist. THEREFORE... ... if youare a collector for a debt collection agency which purchases debts... ...you are a fraud, your company is a fraud, and your work is a fraud, because the original debt has been sold, and written off as a tax credit, and you are threatening people fraudulently for a debt which has been otherwise settled, and ddeliberately not informing them that all of your threats are BULLSHIT because YOU CAN'T PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL NOTE. Oh yeah... ...FUCKWAD. |
