No, I do not feel like a scum at all. When someone hasn't paid their car note for 4 months and thinks they can keep a car without paying for it, as if it is free, I do not feel like a scum. It's called self-responsibility. Most of my collections understand that.

Then, there are occasionally the ones that are not too smart (like you?) that think since they drive the car, they think they own it. They think this because they do not read the contracts. They just sign away, oblivious to anything outside themselves, except for their own personal wants.

Usury? Tell me how trying to collect on a car note is usury? It is 100% obvious you know nothing of what you are talking about in concerns to me, and are just trying to cause waves or something.

What you need to do is be productive, and rant on about lending institutions and other sources of funding. They are the ones that are scum. Interest rates and penalties that take advantage of people like you, who do not understand the structure of financial obligations.

If you need any help understanding the language in those contracts, since again you obviously do not understand it, let me know and I will give you some advice on your next car purchase so the lenders aren't screwing you over.

BUT, just make sure you pay on the note, because in the real world, you don't own that car until the note is satisfied. And don't get angry when you get 4 months behind and wonder why you have to walk to work.
