MLK Jr. was one of history's greatest monsters. He knew all along what would happen to his race.

Dr. King was well before his time, and his dream and legacy is a testament to the wisdom and vision that he had, which has lived on long after he was taken from us. One of my favorite quotes from him is this one: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." Dr. King, in words that ring as true as those spoken by Christ Himself, reminded America and the world to look into a person's eyes and see their heart, rather than differentiate from them because the color that God painted them is not the same as yours.

I'm pretty sure those who have come to dislike them, in times more current, is because they have done just that- judged them by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. His request had been honored.

I think MLK would be horrified to hear one of these urban animals speak today. Why is it a black person cant tell you something with every other sentence being "you know what i'm saying".

A few black people have achieved the ultimate in social and economic success. Opra, Michael Jordan, Condeleza Rice, Clarence Thomas... Obama.

None of that would have mattered to the simple preacher who preached Christ like morality above all else. Dr Mt Luther King Jr would be ashamed of the statistics of today's black population as compared to that of his day. More free? Sure. More moral or more Christ like? Hell no. That isn't a judgement against just one race only though. All people groups are notably more godless and immoral than they were 50 years ago. Dr Martin Luther King would be ashamed of all of us.
