You poor thing! Also try the onion trick people have talked about on GLP. Cut one in half and place on a table next to your bed while you sleep. I tried it due to having that horrible cough that was going around. after having the cough for 2 months I would have tried anything! I did that and i tried putting Vicks on my feet then socks on. Did both the same night and the next morning my cough was gone! Can't say which one or if it was both that helped but it worked!
